Frequently asked questions.

Do I need an account to book?

No. Anyone can request a quote and book a shipment using the form on the quote page or by calling dispatch. Repeat customers get a saved profile automatically after the first booking.

How fast can you pick up?

Inside our South Florida home region, typically inside 60 minutes during business hours. Other US metros range from 60 to 120 minutes depending on driver positioning and time of day. For AOG and medical calls, we move trucks faster.

Are shipments insured?

Yes. Standard coverage is included up to $100 per shipment. Additional insurance is available up to declared value, quoted at booking time.

Do you handle international?

The name says "Global" but the operating footprint is currently all 50 US states. We will refer you to a vetted international forwarder for cross-border shipments and stay involved on the US-side leg.

Can I set up a dedicated daily route?

Yes. Dedicated routes are scoped per quarter with a monthly review. You get the same driver, a named backup, and a flat monthly rate. Talk to dispatch about lane design.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit card, ACH, and net 30 terms for established accounts. Booking with a card processes at delivery. Net terms require a one-time credit application.

How do I handle a billing question or invoice request?

Email info@globalconnectcourier.com with your tracking number or invoice number. Our office responds within one business day.
