Home/Services

Built for cargo that cannot wait.

Every Global Connect service runs through the same standard of care: one dispatcher, one driver, one tracking number, signed handoffs end to end. Here is what we move and how we move it.

Medical
supplies & pharma

When a delivery affects patient care, dispatch treats it as the contract. Global Connect runs lab samples, surgical instruments, controlled pharma, diagnostic kits, and emergency replenishment between hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and reference labs across the country.

What we carry

  • Pathology and diagnostic specimens, refrigerated or ambient
  • Surgical instruments and sterilized trays
  • Pharmaceuticals including temperature controlled and Schedule II to V categories
  • Blood products and donor tissue with cold-chain handling
  • Hospital crash-cart resupply and OR emergency parts
  • Clinical trial materials and investigational drug shipments

How we keep it compliant

Drivers complete HIPAA awareness training and bloodborne-pathogen review. Custody is logged at every handoff: pickup photo, seal number, transit temperature where applicable, and a signed delivery receipt with a timestamp delivered to your inbox.

SpeedSame-day localPickup within 60 minutes inside South Florida; 90 to 120 minutes elsewhere.
TemperatureAmbient, refrigerated, frozenValidated coolers and recorded temp loggers on request.
CustodyChain logged + signed PODPhoto at pickup, photo at delivery, signature on file.
CoverageNationwideSame-day in-region; overnight direct drive or air pair for cross-country.

Aircraft
& aerospace parts

AOG situations do not happen on schedule. Global Connect runs a 24/7 dispatch desk built around aviation maintenance windows. We move rotables, line-replaceable units, engine components, tooling, and consumables for MROs, FBOs, OEMs, and corporate flight departments.

What we move

  • AOG (aircraft on ground) urgent recovery parts
  • Rotables and serviceable units between MRO facilities
  • Avionics modules and instrumentation
  • Landing-gear components, brake assemblies, hydraulics
  • Tooling kits for field repair teams
  • Engine borescopes, blades, and small-section components

How we work with aviation teams

Our dispatch coordinates with your AOG desk: airport ramp access where credentialed, hand-carry by a single driver when the part cannot ride freight, and the option to charter a small aircraft for cross-country moves with no scheduled lift available. Routine maintenance shipments run on standard ground or overnight.

Same-day
& overnight

The fastest commercial option short of charter. Door pickups inside 60 minutes for regional work, with cross-country overnight available via direct dedicated drive or partnered next-flight-out service.

When to use it

  • Time-stamped contracts and legal filings before close of business
  • Production-line parts that stop a line if they miss the shift
  • Tradeshow booths, samples, and prototypes for next-morning setup
  • Customer-recovery shipments that decide a renewal

How it actually works

Same-day rates lock in at quote time. There is no surge pricing once you are booked. You see live GPS on the driver and an ETA that updates against traffic and weather automatically. If anything threatens the deadline, dispatch reaches out before you do.

Large boxes
& freight

When the load outgrows a sprinter, the operating standard does not change. Pallets, crates, oversized cargo, and partial truckloads move with the same dispatch, the same tracking, and the same driver from origin to destination.

Equipment available

  • Cargo vans and sprinters for up to 4 pallets
  • Box trucks with liftgate for ground-level dock work
  • Straight trucks for partial LTL volume on dedicated runs
  • Climate-controlled trailers on request

Handling

Drivers load, secure, and unload. We carry blankets, straps, e-track, and load bars by default. Fragile or high-value freight gets crating recommendations before we move it; if it needs to be re-packed, we will tell you before pickup, not after.

Dedicated
& recurring routes

If you move the same lane every day, you should not be re-booking it every morning. Dedicated routes assign a vehicle, a driver, and a window to your operation, repeating on the schedule you set.

What teams use it for

  • Hospital-to-lab specimen runs on a fixed daily route
  • Cross-facility manufacturing transfers between plants
  • Distribution-center to retail-store replenishment
  • Pharmacy network restocking for multi-location chains

The contract

Dedicated routes are scoped per quarter with a monthly review. You get the same driver, a backup driver assigned, and a guaranteed window. Pricing is fixed regardless of fuel volatility for the contract term.

How booking a shipment actually works

You do not need an account. You do not need to integrate anything. The booking flow is built to take less time than walking to the front desk.

  1. 01  Request

Submit the quote form or call dispatch. We need pickup, drop-off, cargo, and timing. Quotes come back inside fifteen minutes during business hours.

  2. 02  Confirm

Approve the rate and pickup window by reply email or text. We dispatch the driver and send you a tracking link.

  3. 03  Pickup

The driver arrives in the agreed window, photographs the cargo, seals the package or pallet, and logs custody. You get the pickup notification automatically.

  4. 04  Transit

Live GPS runs the whole route. Dispatch monitors weather, traffic, and ETA. If anything moves, you hear from us before the ETA shifts.

  5. 05  Delivered

Signed proof of delivery and a photo of the cargo at destination arrive in your inbox within two minutes of the handoff.
