What
tracking shows you

Every Global Connect shipment is tracked in real time from pickup to delivery. You do not need to log in, install anything, or call us for an update. The tracking link is shared with you (and anyone you cc on the booking) by email and text the moment dispatch confirms.

What you see in the tracking panel

  • Live status: booked, dispatched, picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered
  • Driver location: updated continuously while the package is in motion
  • Live ETA: recalculated against traffic and weather every few minutes
  • Custody record: pickup photo, seal number, signed POD photo at delivery
  • Temperature log: for cold-chain shipments, the recorded transit temperature

Notifications

By default we send an automated email and text at four points: dispatched, picked up, out for delivery, and delivered. You can change that to silent, every event, or only on exceptions through dispatch.

If something looks off

Call dispatch directly at +1 (813) 613-8890. A human picks up 24 hours a day. We will have the answer before you finish describing the question.

Cannot find a tracking ID? Call us.

Dispatch can pull it from your email, your phone number, or your company name. Twenty-four hours a day.
